Each of Store Front Awning Inc. service bucket trucks are capable of reaching heights over 40 ft. providing all parking lot, building security lights or large pylon signs lighting service as required, when on site. We offer a full range of products and services, at competitive rates for all your outdoor lighting needs.

Each location receives a regular scheduled maintenance service visit, enhancing your corporate image. While on site each location receives an exterior lighting illumination check. Each Store Front Awning Inc. service vehicle is fully equipped to service all exterior outside signs ie: fluorescent sign lights, building security lights, channel letters with neon tube transformers or LED technology.

Between scheduled visits, Store Front Awning Inc. can provide on call, "as needed", next day, 2 day exterior lighting service to all locations in many geographic areas. A quarterly lighting service inspection will be provided on a regional basis, with a yearly maintenance agreement. With Store Front Awning Inc. you can be sure of professional low cost, worry free service.

We will work in conjunction with the appropriate contact to integrate a regional awning and sign cleaning program with scheduled times, dates, and geographic areas, as well as a full detailed service report, after each visit.

As part of each visit Store Front Awning Inc. includes:

• Service each location prior to opening or at off-peak hours only.
• Inspect the operation of all outside building signage, parking lot lighting, and pylon signs, as required (Replacement of unlit bulbs, faulty ballast's, neon glass or transformers, LED modules or power supplies as requested).
• A full service report will be provided on each location. A master will be kept on file in digital format.

Prior approval or purchase orders will be required before any additional work is commenced.
